What would the name of this new club be? (lol) Glad to see that some of us are using this web site. When reading some of these comments I started thinking of things from school. Man time flys by. Clair wasn't there something that fell out of your pants one day?

Question for everyone do you remenber the most enbarrassing or funny thing that happen to you from school? Care to share for laughs

Claire Morin (Dyer)

Ha! Ha!. Terry, you make it sound so bad. Yes something did fall out of my pant leg Freshman year. For those of you who may not know, it was a pair of bikini underwear that had clung to the inside of my pant leg after they had been washed together. Cling-free must not have been working or used. Therefore as I was walking down the hall, out falls a pair of underwear. Probably the most embarrassing moment for me. But I am sure I have had others too.

Hi all,
thanks for sending the pics through the e-mail.
Allen mentioned to send me scanned photos in JPEG format. Otherwise by mail is fine and we can scan them here.

See you soon.

Happy Mothers Day to you and all your Mothers.

thanks, Donna. Ok Terry, you asked for embarrassing moments…..Cheryl, do you remember the summer after we graduated you got an idea for a bunch of us girls to flood Leon Pelletier’s mailbox while he was in basic training with lipstick/perfume covered letters?? And to write “I love you, babycakes” all over the outside of the envelopes & smudge lipstick kisses so he would get razed by his fellow service buddies? From what you heard every bit of mail was to be called out by the drill instructor in front of everybody to get and so Leon would look like the ladies man?

Well, did that backfire big time. We all set a date we would mail the letters so they would get there on the same exact day. Dutifully, I sent my letter in and later find out I WAS THE ONLY ONE that sent the kissy face letter to Leon. I can imagine Leon’s face when he got that single letter….Leon, you must have been shocked!!

Too funny!! I can't wait to hear Leon's reaction when he received your lip covered letter. Great story! Loved it.

Babycakes, I'd forgotten about that. There was an individual who had recieved something like 14+ letters from his girlfriend all on the same day. If I remember correctly, Cheryl was trying to have me beat that number of letters. I remember my drill instructor looking at the letter smelling it and said "Pelletier this letter smells like a French whore house" and then tossed it my way. Thankfully you explained in the letter what Cheryl's plan was. I spent the rest of Basic Training waiting for the other letters that never came.

It's amazing, yet scary... I honestly do not have any recollection of that at all... Are you sure it was my idea...?? I mean it does sound like something I would do.... and if I might add it was a good idea...!! sorry Leon that we did not all follow through with it!

Cheryl, you always had fun schemes up your sleeve....such good memories of hanging out....

Leon, I think the perfume was Bonnie Bell strawberry potion or something like that...that was real popular back in the day.... rolling over laughing from the response from your drill instructor...too funny!

Thanks, Gloria....do you all like the design of the new home page, or is it harder to navigate? (The count down clock was my hubby's idea.) Trying to add different things to make it a bit more interesting...will try to change things up from time to time..

I see that no one is really "chatting" on the threaded forums.....are there any other topics you would like for me to add? (we only have a limit of 3 topics, so I'd have to delete topics and add)

Hi everyone! Donna, I think that the count-down-clock is a great idea...should have said so sooner...thanks to all of you who have participated in all of this...I appreciate all that you all have done to keep this exciting...look forward to seeing you all in July...

Donna,
You you mentioned that Cheryl had rounded up a bunch of girls to write the letters. Yet....Cheryl doesn't remember doing this and I haven't heard from any other girl that will own up to being ask to partake in this. Strange.....

thanks, Donna. haha:):) Leon too bad you didn't keep the letter afterall these years as proof! The plot was written about in the letter...

now, I'm having a hard time remembering who was supposed to be in on it besides me and Cheryl...betting on Sue, Lisa, Claire, Linda, Louise, Sandra? Anyone else? Come on girls, help me out...Leon is seriously going to think that letter was for real:):)

I remember we were all supposed to do it and then I forgot about it and asked if everyone else had done it and no one else had that I asked. I thought no one ever did it.

And Claire, I remember your underwear stuck to your pants. That was too funny but embarassing to you.

We knew how to have fun, didn't we?

05/17/09 06:25 PM #203

Donna M. Daigle (Pierce)

Ahhh, Louise! My alibi... Thanks for coming to my rescue! Ok, Leon, now I'm off the hook!

Allen J. Voisine

Donna, love the new design, makes it all more festive and to get us in the mood with the count down clock. I can't believe what you girls did to Leon, his Sargent called it right, I imagine the smell would not have wore off after all these past thirty years and where ever he went in his travels in his military career his "girls" in his harem, would have followed him wherever he went. LOL LOL.
