Sharon Murphy (Peacock)

You guys make me laugh and think of the story of Peter Pan. Our two day reunion,,,I think we will go back in time if just for those two days. Doesn't that sound like
fun....never grow up (Peter Pan) be kids again and relive our fond memories. Now that sounds nice. Can't you just see it....a bunch of old farts going back in time to the days of our childhood and sharing it with our childhood friends. We are going to have fun, no doubt in my mind. I hope everyone of you will come.
40 years, that's nothing.... palezzzzeezzz, we are just a little grayer, a little heavier, a little shorter, a little wider, a little hairless, we can't see without
our glasses, our hearing is gone but shoot this graduation bunch doesn't care....we are going to have fun. Watch out....the class of 69 is coming to town!

Thank you Ted. What did you mean? The old farts, or
a little grayer, a little wider....Now tell me which one
are you? Me now, I am all of that and more...Hey, I love
this website. It's great. Our classmates have outdone
themselves...as always. The class of "69 has always
been a special breed...don't ya think. I was looking at
the committee meeting pictures, and after 39 years, they
all still look great...I hope to go to the next meeting.
I don't know how much I can contribute but I will try.

Vicki Dennis (Lambie)

You guys talk about us being old... I have begun to backpack and most of my hiker friends are older than us. I have backpacked on the Appalachian Trail the last 4 years with a couple who are in their seventies! Awesome! I am working on being young like them. Vicki

Jimmie Anne Nourse (Haisley)

Rick and I backpacked the trails a couple of months ago. It was a wonderful experience!

Backpacked? Terrific! How many miles? How many days?

12/09/08 09:09 AM #32

Jimmie Anne Nourse (Haisley)

It was our first experience so we limited it to two days with a total of 15 miles. The terrain was spectacular and the primitive camping was indeed a memorable evening.
