"Northern Star" called this afternoon and said I needed to check the site. You girls are toooo funny.

A "saga"(?), I don't know it's beginning to sound more like one of those "reality" shows. (Anyone know a producer?)

At least, Vicki, gets the celestial "pecking order" correct. And please, don't take that the wrong way, as I have always campaigned for womans' rights.

Oh, Sherry, I just now noticed the "Southern McSteamy" comment. Funny, but just sign me, "Southern Lights"

Jackie,
I hope you got your water problem fixed!!!!! I had a broken water pipe a couple of weeks ago, one of my brothers came to the rescue, about $10 bucks...thankful that I didn't have to call a plumber and pay 10 times that amount!

I love the "Ask Jimmie Anne" concept. I have always wanted to secretly be the Dear Abby. I have, though, been remiss on reading this section. What was I thinking....this is the best part of the website. Now for the northern gal who happened to be my neighbor growing up I say don't forget your roots. We need you here. To the southern guy I say be persistent. Love always conquers all! :)

vicki you are a trip. I wish we could go back to 1969 again. I would never take that work program at Dan McCarty. I missed out on alot of cool stuff and cool things with my friends. I would not change anything else in my life just the working thing. hahahah

Yoohooo southern man are you still around, ya see I heard yall had ummmmmm "cold" weather down there so I am thinking he is bundled under a warm blanky for the winter "day" lol.

I didn't even wear a sweater today it was nice. My twins turned 26 today. I took them to an all you can eat steak house and my son put a hurtin on the place. My babies are 26 omg time goes by so fast.

Yes, Northern Star, I was hibernating and will continue to do so until Wednesday when it is supposed to be up to 71 degrees.

WOW! For some reason March seems to have been a very "productive" month for both of us as my youngest was 33 last week and my eldest will be 39 on the 21st. Must have been something to do with swimming in the Virginia Avenue canal. lol

After our morning "anatomy" lesson, I sent you another message. And, as an addendum to that, thank the Seahawks for their hospitality. tee-hee! But the weather there did look better for you.

Must go, I have to go dig my burrow for the night.

Boy, sorry I missed the flurry of postings! I have been consumed with the bringseanhome project and now that Sean is HOME with his DAD, I came up for air!!! Jimmie Ann, I'm glad you are hosting the new column. I'll be sure to bring all my questions of the heart right here, tee hee. I may have a possible solution to the north south dilemma. It involves becoming something none of us ever thought we'd ever consider...snow birds, sans the knee socks and sandals of course. Camera, ummmm, maybe, O.K. a small digital one, NOT around the neck!!
Happy New Year to All and See you all in January. Might need a scarf and some gloves sitting outside Archies. Patricia, how many unmatched gloves did you say you had?

I will again be there in spirit. Take care all of you and stay warm on these upcoming chilly weeks. I always loved January and February in Florida.

It has been in the high 40's here lately with rain as usual.

Restless in Seattle,

Can I come up there and stay with you, It's soooooo cold down here and I found out from my daughter, the weather in Mexico is not much better. Temps in the 40's is beginning to sound so good. It's going to be 27 tonight and that's not the coldest for the week. HELP! I need to thaw out.

Freezing in Florida

You are so funny. See my blood has thickened. Either way you will be in the 60's if I came down there. Gotta keep me cool so I won't melt. hahah I could stand some melting.

Hi Everyone,

we left cleveland on the 1st, thank God we did, they are now buried under 3 + feet of snow ! It's chilly here but, there is what I missed so badly, SUNSHINE ! Right now it still feels like being on vacation in some condo some where because our "stuff" won't arrive until Monday. Oh, about those gloves, I can't even tell you how many gloves I had all left hands!!!!!! Oh well, bye-bye to gloves, winter scarves, and ugly hats !! I'm only 99 miles from ft. Pierce so keep me in mind when something comes up!!!!
Love to EVERYONE !!

OK Jackie, send me some socks, I'll wear them. But, enough is enough, the front lawn was crunchy this AM and the LeBaron was covered in ice. They say we (and your Mom) could have SNOW Saturday morning. I've had it, get your passport, pack your bags and let's go to Australia.

"It's summer, down under!"

It's supposed to warm up for the weekend - which will be a nice change for us wimps who can't stand these extended days of EXTREME cold! Hugs to all

Loved the puppy, Jackie! *smile* I wasn't able to go to Archie's this time (I work every-other Saturday, half day).
But I thought of everyone enjoying the nice weather.
I'll have to see if I work April 24th...sounds like Northern Star and Southern Lights will be warming things up with us at Archie's...lol.
Yes????

Isn't that the cutest little puppy. What a talker. I will be in Florida on the 24th for sure. Just make sure you keep the cool weather around for me. I don't like the heat. I am a great north west girl now.

See ya soon.

"North meets South, Part Deux"

OK, Northern Star, I'll find you in Sebastian, weather permitting, we can cruise down the coast "topless", so the sea breeze will keep you cool and the sun will keep me warm. Please close the back door when you come into the state and leave the rain and snow behind (no April showers, please). It's 77 and sunny today, that's what Florida is all about.

Looking forward to "April at Archie's", Southern Lights

Of course I was talking about my convertable, why, did you think I would drive down A1A without a shirt? Some one could get an eye injury, then I would have to hire Robin to defend me in court.
