He was married and he and his wife Karen had two children: Angie and Andrew.
Angie lives in Minnesota and Andrew is an attorney in the D.C. area.
Ken went to Indiana University after Concordia and then on to Law School. After that he worked as a lawyer in the Indiana Attorney General's Office in fraud investigation.
Ken died on January 5, 1998.
