Patti Fonville Owens-Richards

Married Gary Owens in 1977. Had three children then divorced in 1989. Married Mark Richards in 1989. Started court reporting school in 1989. Graduated in 1992. Passed my Texas certification in 1993. Worked in Dallas for three years as a freelance court reporter. Worked in Fort Worth as a freelance court reporter for about six months. Then in 1996 became an official reporter in County Criminal Court No. 1 in Tarrant County where I have been the past 11 years.

Most of my life has been divided between raising four children (soccer, baseball, dance, cheerleading, choir, band, boy scouts, girl scouts, PTA) and time in the courtroom/office.

I really don't have a lot of memories. Bob Taylor and I still get a good laugh when we think back to us skipping pep rallies and he and I and Danny Jennings walking across the field like we were the "Mob Squad" or something.
