On any given Sunday you could always guarantee if there was a NASCAR race on TV that’s where Daddy was from the start of the race to the final checkered flag. Unless of course, he was at his post as head cook for his husband and wife team of BCB Cookers. Daddy loved his BBQ and spending time with his family and BBQ friends at many a cook off. We will greatly miss his unique sense of humor and little jokes that made him who he was. You could always count on him no matter the situation to be there for you at a moment’s notice with jokes ready to roll. He loved to make those around him smile.

So sad to hear this.  My prayers go out to the family.  I know Russell is with God because of his strong christian belief.  One of the best bar-b-quers in the state.  Such a nice individual and humble.  Rest in Peace Russell.  You will be truely missed.
