11/06/08 02:18 PM #3     Lindsey Ledbetter (Taylor) Just wanted you all to know that we are tentatively looking at scheduling our reunion around Homecoming next year, and we won't know that date for sure until the spring. (Probably sometime in October) We'll keep you posted!

I have calculated my spending for that one evening and I am looking at approx. 250.00 or more and I am not willing to pay that for one evening. If anyone would like to meet elsewhere please let me know. Thanks

09/07/09 12:26 AM #9     Pam Evans (Messori) How do you calculate $250.00? It is $50.00 per person or $100.00 for the couple. I think it would be a shame to miss out on the 20 year reunion! Dinner and drinks would be over $100.00 I am thinking. I am flying in from Los Angeles just for the reunion. Hey it only happens once every 5-10 years! Try to make it, I bet you won't regret you came!

10/07/09 02:03 AM #14     Phillip McGill My classmates and I are wanting to know the names of the Hunter Huss Class Of 1989 Reunion Comittee Members? I talk with classmates on the daily bases and no one to our knowledge has been contacted except for the ticket sells. We have not heard of any class meetings. Please comment on this so that our classmates as well as myself are on the same page. Thank you!

10/07/09 04:50 PM #15     Vinh Luu Hi Phillip, Lindsey Ledbetter Taylor and I volunteered our time & effort to organize this reunion. This site was created almost 1 yr ago and we have done our best to inform the class via word of mouth & Facebook. Lindsey is the main driver for the reunion activities. There was no need for a meeting nor will there be one prior to the reunion. Just come out and have a blast. If anyone wants to volunteer to handle future reunions, please make it known here or at the reunion. Please direct all questions to us via the 'Send Message' window under our profiles. Thank you.

10/15/09 07:13 AM #17     Donna McCleary Hi Phillip, I understand exactly what you mean, because I have talked with classmates as well, and everyone ask the same questions about the reunion committee and the costs that are involved. Correct me if I am wrong, but I do not remember seeing any information about organizing a reunion committe or asking for volunteers, just thoughts and ideas. At this point, it is too late for any of this, but it would have been a good idea to have a committee. I learned of the this website, by word of mouth, but that was not until early summer, and at that time no info had been posted about the reunion except the date.

10/15/09 10:53 AM #18     Phillip McGill Hello Luu, thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. I am on Facebook and I am intouch with alot of my classmates. A dozen or more of them came to me about the reunion. I responded to a post on Facebook about the 1990 reunion and to my surprise Lindsey Rae Ledbetter Taylor posted the classcreator link on my wall. I understand that she is the main driver for the reunion. I wrote on her wall on 10/7/09 and she never commented nor emailed me. I asked her the same questions that you endded up answering.I wanted her to comment on the questions because alot of the class of 89 is on her page. I went back to 8/1 on her FB page yesterday and she has not posted anything class related.I believe we need a reunion committee with diversity. With a committee we can use the tree method. Everyone can branch out from the trunk. With that method we can contact who we know, and they can contact who they know, and so on. I thank you both for what you have done but team effort should have been involved. When we as a class can put our heads together we can have a awesome reunion.For instance we received a email from Lindsey Rae Ledbetter Taylor stating that the Friday reunion game was cancelled. That is incorrect, Huss did not have a game on schedule to cancel,this was there bye week. Now,the tree method would have picked up on that. From what I gather people want to be involved. No,I am not angree, if we are going to have a reunion lets get everybody involved. From what I gather the $75.00 at the door is steep when you can rent the club for $900.00. 10/15/09 04:33 PM #19     Vinh Luu Hi Donna & Phillip, Thanks for your info & suggestions. Phillip, you can be the main contact for the next reunion and you can take it from there. I can forward you the classlist after I get permission from the class if it's okay to forward their emails, addresses, & etc. Regarding the football game, the original info came directly from the AD at Huss in the Spring. Unfortunately we had already set the date for the reunion by the time the schedule change took place. We have done our best to do what we can to satisfy everyone. Unfortunately for a class of this size, there will be questions & concerns brought up at the last minute that may not get resolved. Just FYI for those with concerns about the cost, as of today we have not met the total cost of the reunion. Please refer to the 20 Year Reunion link for the cost breakdown. This is one of the reasons why we put a deadline for payment in place so we can plan accordingly. Reminders were sent out for this.

11/07/09 04:30 PM #23     Mike Jackson James Hayden I saw and spoke to Jason Christopher about 8 months ago and he is doing great. He had been in the military and working in law enforcement in the military and the private sector, but had just started working at the new Honda motorcycle dealership on Wilkerson Blvd. Haven't seen or heard from any of the other classmates on your list. The last time I saw and spoke to Cujo was in like 1992 or 1993, he hadn't too long gotten out of the Marines.

This is Michelle Crisp (Plesz) and I graduated in 1989.  Lamar Grant (class of '86) hosts a get together each year for all the graduates of the 80's. I was wondering if you might be able to post some information on each of the 80's Alumni sites for us for this event. You can list me as contact for anyone who wants to attend.
