GLADYS DIED JUNE 13, 2016.
You will be missed. You are embedded in our mind and heart.
Psalms 23: 4-6
"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
For You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You aniont my head with oil;
My cup runs over.
Surley goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life;
And I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever."

GLADYS WAS A KIND HEARTED WOMAN WHO LOVED PEOPLE. IN OUR SCHOOL DAYS, GLADYS WAS A TRACK STAR AND RAN LIKE THE WIND. WE HAD SEVERAL CLASSES TOGETHER AND GREW UP IN THE SAME NEIGHBORHOOD. WE COMMUNICATED OVER THE YEARS. WHEN SHE HAD HER STROKE, I VISITED HER AT THE BRYAN CENTER AND KEPT IN TOUCH WITH HER. SHE ALWAYS ASKED, "WHAT CAN I DO FOR THE CLASS?" GLADYS WORKED IN THE BACKGROUND.
GLADYS DEFINITELY WILL BE MISSED. NOW, SHE WILL NEVER WALK THE HALL OF THE BLUE AND GOLD ( COUGAR DEN). NOW, SHE WALKS THE HALLS OF GOLD WITH NO MORE PAIN.
