I'd love to see the site going for as long as affordable. I know that 1 year v. 5 years when paying for hosting/internet name isn't that much more and for the cost I'd love to see it continue! Thanks! Also any price any menu and anything the committee decides is perfect with me. You all do a great job and you can't please everyone so why try. Thanks for your hard work and I look forward to the updates! Thanks to all committee members!

I think this website is awsome! Maybe we could take up donations to keep it going? I've really enjoyed reading what everyone has been up to, and I think as a class we can be very proud of ourselves.

My nephew is a freshman at Central and when I am at his football games it sure makes me miss the "good ole days".

Thank you Jennifer! :)

Randy,

Hats off to you for starting this site! I really think this is, and will be, one of the best aspects of this reunion. Not everyone can make it to the reunion, so this is a great way to connect with classmates!

I would like to see this site continue after the reunion and I would help financially. I've been a dinosaur when it comes to computers, so I'm not sure if there is much maintenance for you or how it would affect you, but any duration your willing to administer this site is better than not having it!

If you want to list an address where donations could be sent, I'll certainly send mine. If I can make it to the reunion, I'll be looking for the "donation hat".

Again, THANK YOU! You and Denise are helping to make this reunion a success!

I agree this is just the BEST site. I have friends from the RR class of 88 and so I've checked out their website. It is nothing compared to ours!!! I too would love to contribute to keep the site alive! It's helped me reunite with so many old friends!!

As far as the planning of the reunion....you guys are doing a GREAT job. As previously stated, you will never please all of us.

Since I did not attend the 10 yr, I'm not sure how all this works. If we are only able to attend parts of it, do the costs change?

Thanks and Happy Monday to you all!!

Kim:

There's no charge on Friday night. There's also no charge for the tour of Central. There will be a relatively small fee per adult attending the picnic on Saturday. There will be a cost for those who golf on Saturday. And of course, the main costs are for the evening at Sanders.

The Reunion Registration Form will be up on the website this evening. I am hoping to have it live by 10pm. I don't work on the website until after the kids are in bed and the house is calm.

You will also see -GFC Class of 88 Making a Difference in 2008. Please read it and give it some serious consideration.

The Registration Form and the Making a Difference in 2008 will be accessible from the home page of the website. It will be listed as an announcement in the middle of the page and then you will have to click on a button on the left side of the screen to access the information.

Thank you

Randy,

I'd like to donate $100 from my business to keep the website going and pay for the site. I would like to see other business owners match the contribution...

Thanks Randy and the staff for all your hard work!

Hey Jennefer, I got an e-mail from DeDe. She had told me that everything went great with the surgery. She spent 3 days in the hospitol. Then the let her go stay with her mom. I will update you all when I know more. Thank you for keeping her in your thoughts.

I also think $65 is reasonable for dinner. It's got my vote...

Hi everybody. I just wanted to thank everybody for the kind words and the well wishes. I am still at my mom's recovering. She is helping me with the boys, etc. As it was mentioned before, the surgery went well. They replaced the defective valve and no other issues came into play. In case you are not aware, the surgery was for a congenital heart defect that needed further correcting.

I am able to walk around the block now without much effort. Every day gets a little bit better. My chest is sore, obviously, but that is to be expected.

I'm looking forward to the reunion. I should be almost back to "normal" by then.

Thank you again for your care and concern. :)

Jenn

Just want to wish everyone a Happy 20th! Today, May 22, we graduated 20 years ago! (no I am not THAT sentimental, it was pretty easy for me to remember as we graduated on my birthday).

Jennifer, I am glad to hear that you are doing well! I am glad you have family to help you. Friends and family are important. Please post a note of you need any help. I am sure one of us will be able to assist in some manner.

I think the cost of the reunion is very fair also.

Hey everyone, how's it going? I just want to say that this website is awesome and I've had soo much fun reading about everyone and reminiscing about our high school days!! Randy, you've done a great job on this website and hats off to everyone working on the reunion. I can't believe 20 years has gone by so quickly, I used to think 38 was old, until of course, that I turned 38! Time just goes by too fast.

I just thought that I would add my appreciation for the site, it IS GREAT!!!!! I can't believe how much everyone has changed. At the same time everyone hasn't changed a bit. Does that make sense?

Say, I don't know if this was already thought of, but I can volunteer to be a DD. I don't drink, so it wouldn't be a problem. I will be flying in, but I am sure my parents will let me borrow the car (WHOA! haven't said that in a LONG time!).

Stacie,

Any updates on my favorite Enlish teacher at Central....your mother? I believe she moved south after you and Mark left school. Is that correct?

Cheers,

Vic

Vic,

My mom is in Scottsdale,AZ. She is teaching part-time at Brophy all boys college prep school. She is very happy spending time with her friend Steve( my step-dad was killed in a plane crash in 1997 along with my grand-father and uncle).

My mom just had dinner with Mr. Gruell. He was in Arizona for a visit. She keeps in contact with Mrs. Dalstrom as well.

I was going to see if she and I could fly to GF together in August, we'll see.

Stacie,

Thanks for the great update and pass on my regards to your mother. Sorry to hear about the tragedy in the family. That is quite a shocker.

I that it would be excellent for her to attend the reunion as well!

Cheers,

Vic
