I have 2 Beautifull Girls. My oldest Amber is 36, my youngest is Lauren.

Lauren was born with Down Syndrome. She is a Great Joy and a Blessing. I do the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics every year here in Virginia now. It is a Large Plunge. We had over 3500 people take the Pluge last year alone.

Oh, I am also a 15 year Cancer Survivor

We have now lost 81 Pirates, and many of us have been through so much over the years. The holidays can be a difficult time for many, as our experiences and perspectives change with age.

I hope this message finds everyone doing well. For those who believe in prayer, my prayers go out to you. For those who don’t, I send my thoughts and positive vibes to all of you.
