Jay Jacobs

Like most of you, I am now 32. I still live in East Tennessee. I just adopted a 4 year old Scotiish Terrier named Sadie. I don't run mountain trails as much as I used to. I now run Stadium Steps. In my 50 years of running, it's the best workout I've ever had in my life.

I have now been running 49 years. I am now running Stadium Steps. I recently ran 40 Flights. That's 2,240 Steps in one go. I could care less my hair is gray. Everyday I go run the steps, I come to play. In my 3 years of running Steps, I've never failed. I'm Ric Flair.
