After graduation, I went right into x-ray training and worked at the hospital and the orthopaedic clinic. After working for 25 years I injured my back & had to have surgery. After that the. Doctor would not let me work again so he helped me get my disability. I have the most loving & supportive husband and children. I could not make it without them. I have 4 beautiful grandchildren with one more due around June 28. My husband & I married on January 26, 1980. We went into the ministry in 1982. We pastored different churches until last year when my health took a turn for the worse. So we gave up pastoring but my husband still preaches by filling in & running revivals. Now I have more time to spend with my grandchildren and believe me that is the best medication in the world.
