Greetings class of '99! Since graduating from BHS, I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Roanoke College in '05. I married my awesome husband, Ryan, on 9/3/05. We make our home in the Roanoke / Salem areas of VA. I currently serve as a social worker for children, youth, and families with special needs in the foster care system. Ryan also serves this population as a counselor in a special needs school. Last Fall, I was blessed to travel to South Africa for a vocational exchange program through Rotary International. This was an amazing experience for which I am extremely grateful. In the future, I desire to return to school to work towards a Master's degree and eventually, a Doctorate. Ryan and I do not yet have children. However, our beautiful nephews are shown below. I am hoping to be able to reunite with everyone in October! Until then...
