HAMPTON - David E. Hargrove, 68, died Thursday, January 21, 2016. A graduate of Kecoughtan High School he received his BS with honors from ODU and went on to receive two masters degrees. David loved teaching and education and had retired as a college biology professor. David is survived by his daughter, Clare Hargrove; sister, Jonnie Hargrove; and brother, James Gibbons.
