Published in Baltimore Sun on July 29, 2011 DUNCAN , Alexis Lee Hankins On July 27, 2011, Alexis Lee Hankins Duncan, of Harford County, MD, died at home after a long and brave battle against cancer. Born April 25, 1947 to the late Col. Grat B. and Stella F. (Mister) Hankins. Alexis was employed for 23 years as the Harford County Circuit Court Clerk. She was an avid sports fan, coach and photographer. Alexis was also a talented artist and enjoyed participating in her community. Alexis is survived by her husband Everett A. "Butch" Duncan; daughters Melissa D. Berrell, Leslie A. Tini and Raechel D. Manns. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one sister.
