Constance Geathers Alma

After Weaver, I attended the University of Connecticut. Shortly thereafter, I married my wonderful husband, Adrian, and we moved to the Boston area where we lived for 7 years with our wonderful daughters, Jordana and Sarah. A job opportunity took our family to Dallas for the next 12 years, where I worked as a Project Manager for Pepsi. My beautiful daughters were excellent students and my oldest, Jordana, attended & graduated from the University of Texas and my younger daughter, Sarah, attended & graduated from Washington University in St. Louis. Sarah just finished her doctoral degree at the University of Pennsylvania. My daughter Jordana gave birth to my amazing grandson, Ethan, in 2003. I moved to North Carolina with my husband after all the kids graduated and moved out of the house. I love to knit, bake, and be with my family. I have been so lucky in love and life.

The best thing about being a student at Weaver High School was being able to be at school with so many of my relatives--my sister, brother, and many of my cousins all went to and graduated from Weaver. Being at Weaver, in many ways, was just an extension of being at home.
