I joined the Army in March 85 and served close to eleven years as a Military Police Officer / Corrections Officer. I did tours of duty in Herlong, CA 85-87, Fort Leavenworth, KS at the United States Disciplinary Barracks, 87-91 and 92-95, and South Korea, 91-92. I left the armed forces in 1995 and moved to Peoria, IL in 1996 and began my career in the Federal Government as a Correctional Officer. I married first in 1987 and divorced in 1995. Since then I've remarried 7/7/07 to Carolyn Bass who I met here in Peoria, IL. I continue to reside in Illinois and I will be eligible to retire in 2016.

If there was any era in the past that I could relive, it would be high school. While I'm doing very good for myself, I would indeed be more aggressive in choosing my path to adulthood. Please continue to teach our youth to take advantage of all facets of life. As you all know it's very rewarding!
