Lynne Lahnemann Kuemmerle

After graduation I went on to begin my nursing studies at Upper Bucks Technical School/old Doylestown Hospital, transferring to St Luke’s Hospital to complete my studies and graduate. I then started my nursing career at Doylestown Hospital in the Intestive Care/Cardiac Care Units as well as in OR and Emergency Department. After the birth of my daughter and moving to Lansdale, I did some part time work for a Home Care Agency (reconnecting with Ginny Edwards). I followed that by moving to Oreland PA and working days in a nursing home (Ginny and I were neighbors). My move “home” to Hatboro was an easy on as Ginny also had “moved home to Horsham”. It was here in Hatboro that I met and married “my soul mate” Hal. We have been married now for 27 years and currently live in Warminister. Thru out all this time I have continued to enjoy singing (had the honor of singing at several Flyers games as well as some national dog shows), camping (spending many years at the Philadelphia Folk Festival and Falcon Ridge Folk Festival, New York), reading and antique shopping. We have 1 almost 13 year old gradaughter, Braelyn who is an awesome bowler (bowled a 172 game) and swimmer (swam with multiple summer swim teams and currently swims with Hatboro Y Hurricanes.

Best story I can remember is when I had to take over the solo parts from Amanda Black in the Christmas Concert and the poor lighting guys (Dave Troxell) couldn't find who was singing, no one told him that there had be a switch.
