Kelle Powell

Kelle, born in Seattle came to Kaiser and ran track and cross-country. Going on to Harvard University and graduating in 1993, she worked to develop a Land Use Consulting Company. Southsound Permit is a full service entitlement facilitation company operating throughout the Puget Sound Region surrounding Seattle, WA. I work with Commercial and Residential Development as well as Public Contracts and have been in the land use industry since 1995.

So funny, I'll always remember skipping class and running down to ZIPPY'S for "plate lunch"...and then getting super sick at track practice....I'll also remember sneeking out to meet my boyfriend Jayson at sandy beach and coming home to all the lights on and the door locked with my Uncle Jim sitting up reading the paper waiting for me! Wow was I ever in trouble!
