Life has been great! I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and enjoyed a fabulous career for many years as a chef. My career allowed me to live in Florida and Maui! I am happily married to my soul mate and have two great kids!! I had the luxury of being a stay at home mom for the last 12 years and am due to graduate in December of 2010 with a paralegal degree. My kids are now grown and I look forward to beginning a new career in the legal field (I wanted a 9 to 5 job with weekends off, which cooking does not allow for LOL). I am looking forward to my 40's :-)
