I was in the Air Force from Mar.1970 to 1974. I had a high draft number, but did not like my chances of getting drafted anyway. In 1974 I went to work for HL&P, now CenterPoint Energy, and am still there.

I was on the basketball team for awhile. Ran around with some great guys, knew some wonderful girls, but was too shy around them.
