Do you or your family still live or own your house that you grew up in?

Parents died in the late 1990s. House was sold . I just couldn't live there.Too many memories .

Do you see or hang out with any class mates? Who?

James Bingham. I am in my 70s and have my long hair since I retired . People say I am lying about my age. They think I'm 50 something.

What would we be surprised to know about you?

Worked for JSC as a video engineer from 1982 to 1985. Started own VCR business in 1985. VCRs became outdated so I started learning how to fix computers. Now they have become a thing of the past with all the smartphones and tablets out there. Just play my music and enjoy life now.

Where was your favorite HS hangout?

Dugan Drug Store on Little York . The only place I could get a vanilla coke in the 50s and 60s.

List your siblings and year.

Brother and sister graduated Sam Houston in the 60s .Both still live in Texas.

School Story:

Remember being harassed for my long hair. It actually touched my ears. Never associated with people other than John Tyler. I experimented after school with electronics a lot . LOL

What did you want to do or think you were going to do when you finished high school?

Wanted to be a singer in a band. Passed up college but still got a job at JSC NASA on my skills for troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment.Like a fool I quit there in 1985 to start a Wholesale VCR repair shop.Worked on thousands of VCRs in my carrier . Repaired for TV ,CB shops and video stores .

What and where was your 1st job? Do you remember how much you were paid?

First job was in 1971 at Intercontinental Airport at Harle Consolidated.I drove a forklift .Made $5.75 per hour .

Its better to want somethings than to have them. Once you get them you use them once or twice and loose interest.

Famous or interesting people you've met?

Dwight D Eisenhower . In 1959 I went to Washington and met him in the Oval office.He was who I was named after.

Ever been on TV? Tell us all about it.

Pasadena city council meeting on smoking ban. Got the ok for a smoking room at Richmore Bingo but then they closed the doors.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Work on computers and invent things and surf the web. Play guitar mostly.

Name something you dearly love. and why?

Birds. They live everywhere and rent is paid. They are fun to just watch .

Since 1970 been married twice , wrote lots of rock songs ,managed to stay alive and well so far.

Thank GOD everyday for the things you have and HE will see you have the things you need and some of the things you want.

Is there a moment in your life that stands out? A moment that defines who you are? Other than kids being born or your wedding day.

I have always been proud of my honesty .
