Kurt has own his on company plus investor in stock ventures, makes a very good living.

I have three kids, Kurt (24), Hillary (22) & Kelsey (21).

Father: James Thomas Hicks-Died in 2004/ a real marine and great Dad. I was Blessed
Mother Faye B. Hicks- Died at 97 yrs, still called me her baby I was and am Blessed.
Sister: Lafon Stanger - Passed away in 2020 - strong women and great Mom
David A. Britton- Died 2004 just months before Dad, Tough Year / My Big Brother
Peggie Britton - Going Strong / Big sister / Chattooga, TN

Ronald Hicks - 74 yrs old - Big Brother - Retired Master Plumber - 2 Boys -3 grand children and a great wife. Lives in Humble, TX

School Story:

Always got swats in gym, didn't know why. Found out that every time my brother got into trouble he told them he was Richard Hicks. It's funny now but I almost got kicked out of school.
The summer before the Last year of high school made friends at Lamar High (running competitive track). Made great connections, Help me at College and to get a position at an Oil Company that opened my eyes to the business world.

Construction worker or own small business like my Dad.

What and where was your 1st job? Do you remember how much you were paid?

Quintana Petroleum Corp. /Got a part time job during the summer while attending college. Work there for 7 years into a management position and then went on from there.

Is there a moment in your life that stands out? A moment that defines who you are? Other than kids being born or your wedding day.

I was always told I was to much of a nice guy, that the great girls would party with the bad boys and when settle down with the nice guy.

I had a girl I cared for who dumped me, 2 years later she came back, I did not want her.

Things always change!
