My great, great grandpa...lived here in Caldwell in 1840-1850.

School Story:

Some goofy kid stabbed me in the knee with a #2 pencil during PE. Each time I go to the doctor or the dermatologist, they ask, What's the story on THIS? Yep, he left his mark on me, a little blue dot.

What did you want to do or think you were going to do when you finished high school?

Clueless.

What and where was your 1st job? Do you remember how much you were paid?

Selling shoes at Weiner's. I put myself through college at Sam Houston by working at Tubescope for $1.25 per hour.

My sons. They are my reason for living.

Comments:

During the Vietnam War, I was teaching Math. My contribution was my teaching, I was 1-A, but needed in the classroom. My service to my country was through my math skills.
