I left Houston after graduation in 1980 for SFA. When the economy collapsed in 1982 I came back briefly - I learned the value of why federal and state government needs to provide safety nets. In 1985 I relocated to Denton Texas to be with my first wife. My life completely changed at this point. Since then I've learned much more. It was all both joyous and painful, things lost and things gained. More gained. Maybe someday I'll say something different, but right now this is the best of times.
