Carl was married to Judy Ann (Quin); their daughter was Karla Kay.  He is survived by his parents, Alma (Messer) and Louie Lee of Hugo; younger brother Dean Lee; two sisters Linda and Debbie; with another younger brother Larry between the girls, age-wise.   Carl died in Tulsa but was buried in Hugo.  [Carl was my second cousin--we shared the same great-grandparents, Henry Patton Kizer and Thirza Catherine (Griffith) Kizer.
