Obituary:

Theo M. Lemmons, 55, passed away Sunday, Oct. 19, 1997.

Lemmons was born in Wright City to Martha Mae (McClaine) Lemmons.  He worked as the manager of Jerry's Furniture of Westport and Stafford Furniture for many years.

He belonged to the Chamber of Commerce in Brockton, Massachusetts.  Theo served in the Navy during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his wife; one daughter - Christine Ferranti of Fall River; three brothers - Tommy M. C. Lemmons of Wright City, Joseph Dean Lemmons and Curtis Noel Lemmons, both of Hugo; two sisters - Lema Jane Shehan of Ft. Towson and Martha Elaine Dillard of Hugo; and several nieces and nephews.
