Theater director, Al Maddalena pulled some strings and allowed me to come back after graduation and perform the part of Ciaphas in Jesus Christ Superstar, a part I had pleaded for for the four years I attended HB. Then on opening night, on my way home after the show, I was involved in a hit-and-run, and the poor man had to do the part as there was no understudy. I remember a lot of kids visiting me (lots of fuzzy faces) in the hospital, and I want to say now to those of you who came, "thank you... I really appreciated your visits. You meant a lot to me in a reeeeally crappie point of time in my life"

Choir kids. Jason McCants, Clyde Allan, Christa Sears, Mike Geiger, Alan Gilliand, Mike Thomas are the names I'm sure of and others faces that I remember, but unfortunately can't put their name to. (Bonked my head in '80)
