Comments:
After completing my education degree and teacher certification in 1965, I moved to Omaha, NE and worked for the Omaha Public Schools as a math teacher, math consultant, curriculum evaluator and administrator until I retired in 1999.
Gene and I moved to the St. Louis area in 1999 so that he could take a position at Fontbonne University, a small liberal arts university. We both teach in the education/special education department. I work with undergraduates and he works mainly with graduate students. I also administer a teacher certification program for adults who are coming back to school to become special education teachers.
We travel quite extensively every year and at least once each year to also travel to Anchorage to spend time with Krista, our daughter.
