TRUDY COTE JOHNSON

After graduation, I went to business school in Sioux City, Iowa. Married my first husband in Jan. 1968. We stayed in the Sioux City area until 1972 when we moved to Houston, TX. My husband passed away in July 1985. I was single for a year before I met my present spouse. We married in Aug. 1987. We moved from Houston to Pagosa Springs, CO in Nov. 1991. We left Colorado in Aug. 1999 and moved to Mena, Arkansas. We lived in Mena until April 2008 when we moved to Fayetteville, AR. I took my first job in Sioux City in Jan. 1965 and am still working. I have worked for many types of companies and have held various types of positions. While in Houston, I worked for a real estate attorney for 8 years and discovered that working in the legal field was my first love. I worked for an estate planning attorney in Mena, AR for 1-1/2 years and have been working for that same attorney here in Fayetteville since April 2008.

I have a lot of good memories from my years at Jefferson High - too many to name. I had a great time during those years and still enjoy a close friendship with some of my classmates today.
My dad, Hubert Cote, was a bus driver for a number of years and had a lot of stories to tell from that experience - some of them sad, but most of them funny - and I wish I could remember one or two of them to place in this section.
