Since JHS, education and employment have taken me to SDSU, U of I, and Des Moines. I love my work; a holistic approach offering psychotherapy, massage and related bodywork, spiritual direction and related services in my shared private practice with my partner, Morgan Rivers. I have been in Des Moines since 1993 and enjoy travel for connection with loving friends and family, as well as, personal retreat and exploring new places.
As a survivor of breast cancer, I try to live with intention, joy and deep appreciation for this precious gift of life.
