I didn't actually make it to graduate with SHS '80. I got shipped around to three different high schools before graduating from Lincoln Academy (for Accelerated Studies-geezzz) in '79 due to KCMO busing policy. I got myself admitted to college in '79 so that I wouldn't have to change schools again. I went to Bingham too, so I have memories dating back that far with some of you. I hope I'm still eligible to come to the reunion. Since I spent more years with Bingham-Southwest folks than any of my other schools, I really still think of SW as my school.
I was in: International Club, Math club, Speech and debate, Students for Carter '76 election campaign, and some other stuff.
I work for Rutgers University as a public policy researcher. Got my masters here in '90. I was married 19 years, have three wonderful boys--20, 14, and 13. Loving my forties!
