I served a Mission to Japan from 1974 to 1976
Graduated from Utah State University in 1979 majoring in PE with an emphasis in Sports Medicine and a minor in Biology.
Hired as Certified Athletic Trainer at Turlock High School, Turlock California, in 1979
MEd. USU 1985 in Exercise Physiology with emphasis in Sports Medicine.
Married in 1998 and retired from Athletic Training but continue to teach at Turlock High
Adopted 2 sets of infant boys from Vietnam in 2000 and 2007 - All have been sealed to us in the LDS temple.
Church service has included:
Ward Mission Leader, Gospel Doctrine Teacher, Sunday School Teacher, Primary Teacher, Cub Scout Den Leader, Young Men's President, Elder's Quorum President, High Priest Group Leadership (counselor), Stake Sunday School Presidency (counselor), Stake Sunday School President, 2nd counselor in Bishopric, Currently serving as 2nd counselor in YM and advisor to the Deacons quorum & Father of 4 boys.
I am also coordinator in Turlock for the Kyoto Gakuen HS in Japan and Turlock HS student exchange program. I will take a group of students to Japan in April of 2017

Got married to a wonderful lady at age 43. Adopted 4 boys from Vietnam which necessitated 2 trips to Vietnam. The last 2 boys had some significant medical problems that led to some challenges getting them home and recieving tghe medical care they needed. They all 4 are beautiful happy boys. I love being a dad!
