It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Paul Snell, De Pere, Wisconsin, born in Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 78, on November 14, 2018.

He is survived by: his wife Linda (Seroogy); his children, Naomi Snell (Rick Otto) of Lake Ridge, VA, Joseph Snell (Kelly Conlin) of Berwyn, PA, Valerie Tingley (Joel) and Clara Pickett (Brandon) of De Pere, WI; his grandchildren, Alexander Snell, Tyler Tingley, Cullen Tingley, Ashley Snell, Lucie Pickett and Alayna Pickett; his siblings, Doris Giesbrecht (Lawrence) of Horsefly and Harold Snell of Amarillo, TX.

He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
