Casey Hoel - '05; Florida

My mom was Lori Hoel. I stumbled across this site doing a search for anything I could find about my mom. I would love to hear from anyone who has stories about her, was friends with her, knew her well, ect. I was 12 when she passed away so most of what I know about her is from stories and I love finding out more about who she was before she was a mother.

I'm 21 and currently in nursing school. I graduated high school in 2005, my associates degree in 2007 and my LPN will be 2009. I gained every bit of determination and strength from my mother. She is the greatest person I will ever know, and I only spent 12 years with her.

I'm getting in married in April. It'll be a sad day reminding me that my mom can't be there for it but I know she'll be smiling down on me from Heaven and she would greatly approve of my fiance.

My brother Corey is 19 and just joined the National Guard. My dad got remarried a year ago in September to my step mom Dawn, who is also a nurse. She's amazing and I couldn't have asked for anyone better for my dad..after my mom of course.
