I would like to thank all who worked so hard on this site and reunion. It was a blast. I would really like for any and all to donate to KHS for us to purchase a trophy case from the class of 1988 in memory of our deceased classmates. All contributions are tax deductible. Please send your check payable to KHS or Kinston High School to 2601 N. Queen Street, Kinston, NC 28501. We will put the case in the front lobby and will place a plaque on it with the names of the classmates. I have already made my donation of $75. Please indicate in the "for" line Class of 88 trophy case. Thanks and please come by anytime to see how much our school has changed.

I REALLY DON'T KNOW WERE TO START BUT I WANTED TO TELL THE CLASS OF 1988 THAT WE STILL GOT IT. EVERYONE WAS SO BEAUTIFUL AND WE ALL HAD A BLAST FROM THE PASS. WHEN REALITY SET IN ON MONDAY MORNING IT WAS LIKE A DREAM THAT I DIDN'T WANT TO WAKE UP FROM.I THANK GOD THAT I WAS ABLE TO COME HOME FOR MY 20YR REUNION AFTER GOING THRU HURRICANE KATRINA I NEEDED TO BOND WITH MY KHS FAMILY.FOR THOSE THAT WASN'T ABLE TO MAKE IT ALL I CAN SAY PICTURE BEENING BACK IN THE STUDENT LOUNGE OR THE CAFETERIA AGAIN WITH ALL OF THESE KRAZY CLASS MATES.IT WAS A SAD DAY FOR ME ON SUNDAY BECAUSE I JUST DIDN'T WANT IT TO END BUT LIKE THEY SAY ALL GOOD THINGS MOST COME TO AN END.ONE THING I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE THAT ALOT OF YOU WASN'T ABLE TO HEAR AT CHURCH SUNDAY IT'S THAT U MIGHT NOT HAVE THE BIG HOUSES, FANCY CARS OR THE BEST JOB BUT GOD LOVES YOU NO MATTER WHAT AND WE ALL CAN DO WHATEVER I HEART DESIRE WITH GOD AND PUTTING YOUR MIND TO IT. GUYS WE ARE GOING TO MEET PEOPLE IN OUR LIFE TIME BUT I HOPE WE NEVER FORGET K-TOWN FINEST CLASS OF 1988. LET'S MAKE SURE WE ALL STAY IN TOUCH!

Thank you so much for all the compliments. I also had a great time! It was wonderful to see all of you again. Maybe we will have a 25th in 5 years; we will wait and see. I don't know about Shema, but I need to recover from this one before I think about the next. I believe Shema is going to try to keep the website up and running. Scott Dixon Had a great time at the reunion. It was great catching up with you all some of whom I haven't seen since graduation. Class of 88 still has what it takes to make the party rock! Hope to see you all soon. (maybe a 25 year reunion).

WOW! Thank you to everyone who made our 20th reunion happen! Not only did you make it happen, but you went above and beyond to make it FABULOUS! I had so much fun catching up with everyone and seeing all of you again, and isn't it amazing how little we have changed!!! :-)

It was like stepping back in time and being back in high school. Reliving some old memories----what a blast! I, too, was so sad to see it end! All the months of anticipation, and then it's over in a minute. I look forward to seeing you all again, and hopefully, we can do something for our 25th----if just for one night.

Wynn---I'll send a check this week. Thanks for all you do for KHS---it's so great to have one of "ours" leading the school---you're great!

Everyone, please continue to pray for Charlie Yurick. His prognosis is looking good, but he still has a long battle ahead.

Hi Everyone,

Shema and reunion staff, you all did a wonderful job on the website!! Just looking at the pictures posted and the few individuals I have spoken with, it appears you all had a wonderful time. YOU ALL LOOK GREAT!!! Unfortunately, I was unable to attend. Just knowing my brother, Ervin, was not there to enjoy all the festivities, see all of you and re-live our high school years saddened me. However, if there is a 25th reunion, I do plan to attend. I am living in Kinston. Mr. Mallard lives behind me, Corey Parker's parents live down the street and Tonya Dawson's mother lives around the corner. I will try to contact them and get our classmates information. Wynn, I see you almost on a daily basis. I will give you my check the next time I see you. Take care and God Bless!!!

See we are blessed because throughout the entire weekend there was nothing but love flowing from each and every person!!
