The following message was received by Teri's daugther, Summer:
"My mom was awesome, strong and beautiful. She is missed every day. She loved camping, cooking, music and her dog. She was adventerous, spontaneous and fun. She touched many lives in the community, and left us too soon."
She is survived by her parents: Art & Pert; daugthers Kaycee and Summer (Travis); grandchildern: Brenden and Cali.

I am so sorry to hear about your mom (Teri Nenashi) passing away in 2008. I went to grade school, jr high school, and high school with Teri and she was the best. I remember she made me a cake for my birthday in jr high school. We rode the bus sometimes to school from the Lemon Grove area to Helix. Teri was a wonderful person and I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing. My heart goes out to the Nenashi / Sides Families! God Bless, Anthony Manzano and Family!

I am truly saddened to find Teri has passed. We attended school together all the way through from San Miguel, LG Jr. High and, Helix High. I new her but (regrettably), we were not close friends. She amazed me with her huge personality and courage. It seemed the world was her house and everyone in it was her family. I am glad to have known her and am glad to have the memories I have of her. My deepest condolences to her family.
