After college I came home and went to work for the family plastering business. I became a union plasterer after completing my apprenticeship. After a few years I moved into the office and did everything from payroll, answering phones to driving truck. Ultimately I became president after estimating and running jobs for many years. After working with my father everyday for 30 years, he passed away in 2003. In 2009 we closed the business for good because of the downturn in the economy after 63 years in business.

After graduation I went on to the University of Southern California and loved it. I played hockey there and also went to 2 Rose Bowls and we won them both. I am still a Trojan fan! The California lifestyle was fun for a while but I had to come back to the Midwest. I lived in New Hampshire, a block from the ocean...and love it. Tried Florida and figured out it wasn't for me so moved back to New Hampshire. During covid worked from home and then was able to move back to the Midwest.
