NOTE:  All students attending must agree to the terms of the
‘Class of 2019 Senior Class Graduation Party Agreement’ and must have a signed Agreement on file with the Event Coordination Staff in order for the student to attend the Event. If you are picking up gear, please have the forms filled out and signed at time of pickup. We will then have them on file for the student to resign before the event (most likely at bus signup) if they have turned 18.

• *If you will be 18 year of age by June 12, 2019 (Graduation Night) you'll need to sign your own agreement. 
• If you are under 18 year of age by June 12, 2019, a Parent/Guardian must sign the agreement in order for you to attend.
• Signed Agreements must be provided, for all attendees, to the Event Coordinaton Staff, in advance of the party. You cannot board a bus or attend the party without a signed agreement on file with the Grad-Night Party Event Cooridination Staff.
• A copy of the form (for reference only) for review with your parent/guardian is below.
