INFORMATION FOR THE EVENT BELOW

IMPORTANT GRAD NIGHT EVENT INFORMATION REGARDING DROP OFF AND PICK UP! PLEASE READ!

Everyone who purchased a ticket or is on scholarship should have received this information by email last night. We haven’t had a chance to process our bounce backs yet, so I apologize if you have not received yours yet.

We will also be onsite at the grad rehearsal on Tuesday morning to answer any questions and collect about 15 Student Agreements we are still waiting on.

If this is your grad, they should have received multiple emails by now if we have a correct address. We will let your grad know at rehearsal if theirs is still missing. They will not be able to board the buses without it. Not our rules, this is a Grad Night rule.

Thank you everyone for your amazing support, this has been a huge lift and we are so excited to celebrate our grads with this awesome night!

Our goal is to provide an exciting and memorable way to celebrate their success with their friends. We will keep them safe and off the roads on graduation night.

The event will begin immediately after the ceremony at Angel of the Winds Arena...... they will board the buses, enjoy the evening into the early hours of the morning, returning at 6am the next day.

We are always looking for donations to help pay for the scholarships for the students who cannot afford to pay......If you  would like to make a monetary donation via Paypal, please click below

Want to ride the bus with your friends Grad Night? Come sign up!

RULES: 1. You must have a purchased ticket prior to signing up for your bus.

2. You must sign yourself up. No signing friends up.

3. Must sign up in person (either on this night or at future lunches)

4. MUST HAVE Student Agreement forms signed by both parent and student turned in before signing up. (forms are attached to this email).

SAVE THE DATE JUNE 11, 2019 - ALL NIGHT GRAD EVENT FOR GRADUATES!

(purchased ticket required - please email us if a scholarship is needed)

Immediately following the graduation ceremony on June 11, 2019, we are planning an all night celebration!  We will travel to multiple venues packed full of food and activity until 6am the next morning.

(tickets will be available for purchase starting July 1, 2018, scholarships will be available for those who qualify)

Please click on join here in the top righthand corner and find your name on the list and setup your login information to be included in the updates..... (and let us know if there is a spelling error or you cannot find your name on the list, parents scroll all the way down to set up your own login as the parent/guardian of.....)

(We would love for you to setup your login regardless of whether you are planning to attend the Grad Night Event, however, this is where you will be able to purchase tickets at a later date)

Your Grad-Night Event Parent & Student (S.P.A.R.C) Volunteer Committees are busy getting the details together. Fundraising & planning underway for your All-Night after graduation Party!

FIRST TIME LOGON - If you are a current LSHS Class of 2019 student (or parent/guardian "guest") logging on to this site for the first time - please do the following: 

• Classmates: Find your name under the "Classmates" tab on the top bar (this class is huge! over 600 classmates - you might want to use the search by last/first name).

• Log on to the site by confirming your name, providing your email (Please use an email address other than your @lkstevens.wednet.edu email student account) and select a password.

• Parent/Guardian: Easiest way to find YOUR logon profile is to SEARCH by your students last or first name and find the "PARENT/GUARDIAN of <student name>" record.  Create logon and setup your profile. (Please keep the name/student maiden name association the same for the registration so we know which student you are with).  Only your email address and a password are required for site access but your mailing information would be helpful to the committee for additional communications.  Your information is used only for class communications & is kept private.)

Warning: Any fraudulent respresentation/logon of a classmate or guest is strictly prohibited. We will be validating your logon credentials with the school administration and performing audits to ensure logons are who they say they are - we intend to keep this site secure!

Your LSHS 2019 Grad-Night Party Parent Volunteer Committee and Student S.P.A.R.C. Members

Our mission: To support and keep every senior in the Lake Stevens High School Class of 2019 “Safe and Sober” on graduation night by providing an amazing, memorable, fun, activity/event packed & prize filled all-night celebration - through discounted tickets, scholarships, sponsorships and fundraising events. Fundraising events over the next year help to subsidize the cost of the event (multiple venues, food, prizes, all bus transportation, all activities – fully supervised/chaperoned).  It will also work to provide sponsorships (partial/full) to students who have financial hardship situations as we are able. Our goal is to have all graduating 2019 LSHS students attend this Grad-Night Party. Look for information to come regarding the 26th Annual Lake Stevens High School Senior Auction & Dinner - our primary fundraiser for this event will be in March 2019.
