Comments:
After graduating from Berkeley in 1965 with a major in art, I went to work in graphic arts (pre- computer days). I married high school sweetheart John Whitney in 1968. The marriage did not last but we are both proud of our wonderful daughter, Marisa. I continued to work in graphics in the corporate environment.
I married my second husband Bill in 1976 and free lanced in graphics after our son Chris was born. We took many wonderful trips in our VW Van all over the USA and to most Natl. Parks and monuments. After Bill retired we took a few European trips and one to Japan. Bill took ill in Stockholm, Sweden and after we returned he entered the hospital to begin a 6-month battle with cancer. He died in 2007.
I spend most of my time now in my art studio in San Rafael. I am so grateful to have this space to create and display my paintings and prints.
