Linda Cripe Brigner was born on April 21, 1950, in Wyoming and moved with her family to Las Vegas in 1954.  She attended Roy Martin Jr. High and then Las Vegas High School where she was involved in Commercial Club and Art Guild.  She met her husband, who was stationed at Nellis AFB, at her graduation party and they got married that year.  Before she had her two daughters, she worked as a stenographer for the Sheriff’s Department and for the Campfire Girls.  They lived in Cedar City, Utah.  She enjoyed crocheting and other crafts.  She passed away on September 1, 2009, from edema.
