•	I never like passing on sad news like this but I have to in this case since she’s a classmate of ours. The class of 1967 lost another classmate. Mary Allyn Galloway Barnes passed away July 7, 2022. She’s resting in Heaven now.
•	LSHS here’s to thee There is a school in old Missouri that is second unto none. We love to sing her praises and tell the things she’s done. We’re proud of her past record and we all pledge loyalty to the school we love you so dearly LSHS here’s to thee. Lee’s Summit, Lee’s Summit Your colors we’ll probably fly, and we’ll all be ever loyal to our dear old LS High. The original song was written in 1935 by Mrs. Harry McMillan and Miss Margaret Elaine Wiltsee and arranged in 1936 for band and piano by Mrs. Itrice Ellis Eubanks. I got this information at our golden 50 reunion on June 12, 2022 at the Lee Summit High School Field House. ENJOY!
