Many thanks to Wendy and the reunion committee! You did a great job! Karen and I had a great time on Friday night and it was great to see and party with everyone again. We couldn't make it on Saturday, but it looks like everyone had a good time. Thanks again and I hope we have a 25 year reunion. I hope everyone that took pictures will post them for everyone to see.

I'm so sad I missed it. I've been thinking about y'all all weekend. I hope everyone who has them post pictures. I loved looking at the ones Wendy posted....

Happy everyone had such a great time.

Wendy, Fantastic Job!!!! The class of 78 may be contacting you. I was telling my brother about it and he was very interested. Their last reunion was a headache for them.

Committee, Again Fantastic Job as well!!!!

I wish we could have stayed all night. There were many people that all I got to do was say hi. Hope we can do it again soon.

Everyone take care and keep in touch.

Thanks to everyone for making Friday night just perfect. As Walt said, I only wish it could have lasted longer so that I could have talked more in depth to more people. I'm back in Charlottesville today remembering how wonderful our class was/is. Everyone take good care & hope to see you all soon.! If you're ever in C'ville, just let me know...

Was I there?

Many wished you weren't Brady.

But echoing what everyone has said thus far: Great job Wendy and the reunion committee, and thanks for all your hard work in putting the successful weekend together!

Sorry I wasn't able to make the picnic on Saturday. I was hoping some people were going to get together later on Saturday evening, but apparently everyone was hurting from Friday night!

But it was SO GREAT to see so many former (I refuse to use the word "old"!) classmates on Friday. I think it was evident that we are truly a unique class by the fact that we had so many people that graduated before or after us "crash the party"! Really wish I could have caught up with more of you, but again, that's my own damn fault for missing the picnic!! Anyway, I hope it's not 10 years until I see or talk to many of you again, but thanks to this website and directory, I feel confident it won't be (Mr. Parker would have my ass for ending that sentence with a preposition!!)! Take care all!!

Wendy and the committee, you did an awesome job! Thank you so much for two great gigs in one weekend.

I only wish that we had more time...I just didn't get to talk to everyone as much as I wanted to, especially on Friday night. Anyway, I'm looking forward to our 25th already....no way we can wait another 10 years! :-)

It was great seeing everyone. Thanks to Wendy and also to the few sober people who got the rest of us home safely!

Wendy and the committee ...IDEA! next year, why don't we do a one week cruise to the Carribean, that'd be a blast.

I have to "ditto" everyone's comments - great job to the Committee and to Wendy!! Those were two big events to pull off in one weekend and it certainly seemed like it all went off without a hitch. I had a blast and it was so great to see everyone! You all look AWESOME! Thanks for letting me "crash the party"!!

It was great to see everyone on Friday and Saturday! Thanks for setting up everything, especially this web site. It was nice knowing a little bit about what some of you have been doing from your profiles, and it really helped some of us get back in touch, whether they could make it to the reunion itself or not.

Some of us have obviously aged a little over the years, which is understandable, but I was surprised how many people look about the same or even better after 20 years. That's fantastic (he says publicly, while deep inside he harbors intense bitterness and jealousy).

(Annoying grammar police comment) Hey Wallace, you shouldn't feel embarrassed about ending your sentence with a preposition - "be" is actually a verb. You can look it up. I'm sure you feel better now:). (Annoying grammar police comment over)

Leave it to the valedictorian to correct me!!! Actually I was just trying to see if anyone remembered how Mr. Parker always corrected people on that (okay, not really). If you said a sentence like, "Where's it at?" He'd say, "Between the A and the T on Preposition Street."

Perhaps I should just edit what I wrote earlier?

"Marriage counseling too, is there nothing you aren't good at? haha"

It's not really Marriage counseling, it is a history book - and a damn good one. Picked it up sitting in an airport bookshop a couple years ago, and I highly recommend it whenever I get into a 'relationship' conversation. It came up because we have folks just getting started on their marriages (congrats Lee!) But, really, it is just a damn good book all around, in my opinion, to educate yourself on where we've been and where we're going, regardless of where you are in your marriage.

Nice job Wendy and crew. It might have been a little too much fun.

It would be nice to have a central place for Reunion photos. We might want to look into setting something up. I know Yahoo does groups and I think you can do something via Flickr or Picassa. Just haven't looked into doing a group on those yet.

BTW: I think one of you called ahead to the Best Western because there was friggin' guard by the pool when I got there. Alas, no reliving the late night BW pool break-ins...

Wendy, you really did a fantastic job putting this together with the committee. The senior photos on the nametags were GREAT! The whole event reminded me of a wedding where all of a sudden it's over and you didn't get to touch base with half of the people there! And I have to say that the class of 88 represented great! Someone on the other side of the bar asked if the group of us were celebrating our 10 year high school reunion! Everyone looked so good! :-)

I would also like to thank everyone involved in putting everything together. I had a great time on friday night. I wish I could have made it on Saturday. Great job to everyone involved. Everyone looked good.

Thank you everyone for your very kind words. I really enjoyed working with you all. You're a GREAT class and a GREAT group of people.

Walter has posted his reunion pictures on his profile (thanks, Walter!). I encourage everyone else to do the same. There are also a few on my profile (not many...my camera battery died).

Great pics, Walt and Wendy. Everyone else needs to post theirs. I know there were a million flashes going off Friday, so someone has some!

I would love to see the pictures from everyone. I was going to come on Friday but my younger sister (Karri)went into labor Friday morning (in VA Beach). Sorry guys I couldn't choose you all over her. I really want to see everyone. Maybe next time.

Well there isn't much more appreciation I can say that hasn't already been clearly stated but none the less a big thank you to Wendy and the Committee is certainly in order.

I had a great time Friday night, in fact, too good of a time to carry my ass to the park the next day but I did want to be there. I just can't stay up till 4:30AM after a night of several beers like I used to.

It was really great seeing so many familiar faces that I've really missed over the years.

Can't wait for the next one!

I know it has been said, but once again, a special thanks to the Planning Committee and Wendy....wonderful job ladies! And can't forget a shout out to Wendy's hubby who manned the grill on Sat. Thanks!

I stuck some group shots from the picnic on my profile. It was wonderful to see so many of you again… and yeah, we do look pretty damn good :)

If any of you are on Facebook, John Rowell and Tanya (not Tamra) Seneff have posted reunion pictures on their pages.

I suspect lots of us will be on facebook soon - plenty of folks were talking about that at the reunion.
