Brendhan - I know you put the little winky eye but I have no idea if you're kidding or not. Was he really a freshman when you were? Which means he was held back and therefore a freshman when I was? Or, GASP, could you actually be wrong? ;-)

OK - I may have to ban this site from my computer....I was sharing these posts and memories with my husband, Brian, and it made him remember the concerts and music he listened to so tonight at dinner we got to listen to Motley Crue. Now my 5 yr old keeps asking to hear more - it's bad enough he asks for Pantera now I have to hear him ask for Motley Crue too

Sorry, Wendy, I'm 100% serious. Dwayne was most definitely a member of our class of '88, in so far as he started 9th grade when we did and hung out with '88ers all 4 years we were there. I THOUGHT he failed our senior year, I guess it was actually our freshmen year, so yea, I WAS wrong about something. lol

FREE LAWRENCE WILLIAMS!!!!!

And Joe, I seem to remember many MANY trips out to Aldie to haul you and Sean and Walter too and from. So quit your bitchin!

Well, then, in my opinion he should be invited to the reunion since he identifies so strongly with your class. I'll see if I can find him.

I checked the 85 and 86 yearbooks last night.

Dwayne failed freshmen year. 9th grade in both books.

Wendy,

We should add Sarah Smith as well. She was with us up to junior year, then transferred out.

I have *no* idea what she's up to these days, but that's kind of the point of a reunion :)

Saw some other names that transferred out last night as well - Cambria Caley, Lee Lamonica . . . looking at those yearbooks, it was surprising to see how many people really came and went.

Thanks Wendy! And I second all the others Walter mentioned, as I think most people in '88 probably think they did graduate with us.

Wendy,

What about adding Heather Caldwell? I'm not sure when she transferred out.

Totally. I loved Heather.

I thought Heather graduated with us. I know she was in my AP Chem class at 7o'early our senior year (Thanks BTW Brian for doing all of my work that year)

If you have a name you'd like to be added, either post it on this message board or email me at wendy@bluecrabreunions.com.

I'm making a list, will add the names tonight (I sound like Santa Claus here) and will try to locate the "extras" this weekend.

:) Happy Friday Everyone.

"But, seriously, while I appreciate hearing about all the stuff that went on while I was at home watching "Family Ties" - you're kind of freaking me out. I mean, the closest I ever came to getting high was smelling Colin McDiarmid's (sp?) jean jacket."

Don't forget that we are talking about 4 years worth of time here (and spilling over into senior beach week, etc.)

Two or three 'epic' parties, and two or three hookups over 4 years can be spun into many, many stories.

There were countless nights of 'The Mcdonalds/Pizza Hut 500' where nothing actually happened.

It's Heather Colwell - and I have been thinking about her too. Whatever happened to her - did she transfer to another school or go to rehab? Not implying that she needed to, I just remember a certain someone else going to a "private school" and then I found out after the fact that he was in rehab. No names.

Last I heard was that her and her family moved to australia. I think that was 7+- years ago.

Great minds think alike-I just sent a message to Wendy inquiring about inviting Lee Lamonica to the site. We stay in touch and I shared the site with her. She loves it!! Chrissy and I are going to her wedding in June. I'll post a photo when we get back. She would love to join us in August. This web site is great. It helps refresh my memory after so many years. It makes me feel like no time has passed. And then I look in the mirror and see all the wrinkles- back to reality!! :):)

Michelle,

My kids and I play Rock Band together. Talk about surreal - having my 5 year old belting out Nirvana's 'In Bloom' FREAKS ME OUT.

And he loves 'The cowboy song' aka. 'Wanted Dead or Alive'- Bon Jovi

05/02/08 04:30 PM #102

Do they have Hanoi Rocks on that?

05/02/08 05:44 PM #103

Walter Yarbrough

Heh,

No, it takes em a month to make each song, so they tend to stick to big sellers for some reason. Well, big sellers and the programmer's favorite songs.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_songs_in_Rock_Band

Sabbath, Priest and Metallica

So People... Does Spongebob rock or what?

I watch that show with my kids all the time and maybe I need some excitement in my life, but I get thrilled when nickelodeon announces a new episode. Spongebob is like Seinfeld to me. My favorite episode is "The Lost Matress". OMG - fucking hilarious!!

Of course spongebob rocks

Wendy,

Has anybody heard from Karen Lillis or know how to get ahold of her?

05/02/08 09:50 PM #107

Michelle Stocks (McKinstry)

I do not know where Karen Lillis is but I see her Dad every other Saturday. If no one else has heard anything I will ask him next Saturday.

Janie Hott (Kintz)

Excellent Walter! That was a good episode.

As far as Karen Lillis, last I heard she was in New York City, doing well, fulfilling her dreams.
