I've been living in Charlottesville, VA since 1988 (minus two years in the Northwest for grad school). It's been a great place to raise a family with plenty of easy hikes for kids, swimming holes, and a variety of music. For the past six years I've been working in U.Va.'s Office for Diversity & Equity. When not working or parenting I run, cycle, or write. My oldest child just graduated from high school - the wheel of life continues!
