Brad Phillips

I would like to ask everyone to please pray for Kenneth Owens and family. Brenda, Sabrina, and Trevor are having to say goodbye. Thank you.

I just went back and read some of this stuff, did somebody say party? I'm up for it, I guess. Jamie, I think squash is a wrestling move made popular by Moondawg Randolph. Smooth up 'n ya. Tracey Sherrill, I'm definitly in on the skullett competition. I love it. Me and Barlow will write another rap song about the Brummitts and sing it in front of the class (only because somebody told on us, DANA!)

detlef schrempf has finalized the details for the googleeye tourney. entry fee is $25 and the first one to catch a googleeye longer than 6 inches takes all the money. mr. schrempf will also be selling autographed pictures of himself from his days as an nba basketball player the night of the reunion. detlef thanks all of you for your participation in advance.

Melinda Moss ((Moss-Senel))

Thanks Dana! The Phillips and Barlow duo forgot to include me in their rap song last time, so this time they can do a re-release of their greatest hits. Being a Brumitt makes me awesomely cool (one "m" thanks since that's how it is on the birth certificates of most of us Brumitts ;P), so don't forget to include me in your re-release. I'd be upset to be left out.

Now I really have to be there. Lisa, there aren't any personal checks here, so how can I send the money? Do you accept traveler's checks or AMEX? ;) Seriously though, let me know so I can get it to you by the deadline.

I want to thank you all on behalf of Brenda, Sabrina and Trevor for prayers on their behalf. They are really struggling. Loosing Kenneth as an uncle is difficult enough, I cant imagine having to prepare for it being your father...

Yes! I lost my father to alzheimers in April 2008. He had it for 8 years though. Everyday was difficult... especially to be the dad he was and for him not to know you, or anything about you for 5 of those years was terrible. So keep praying for them.

The Owens and their extended family will be kept in my thoughts and prayers. We lost both of Mike's grandparents (The Bartletts) last year to alzheimers.

We may have drifted apart for "20" years... but look at how easily we fall back into place !!! Love this page!!!

Once friends, always friends no matter how much time passes. We get too busy in our day to day life and loose track of friends.........let's not let another 10 years go by. This has been so much fun talking to everyone.

i believe u were talking about charlie brumitt and his gang wasn't u brad. i can't have u and barlow making fun of my neighbors now. lonnie walks by the house about 2-4 times a week with a beer in each hand. scares the hell out of the kids. i tell them lonnie is cool.

Melinda Moss ((Moss-Senel))

LOL, no worries Brad. I wasn't offended. If I had been, I wouldn't have posted on the message board, I'd have written you a private message with lots of big words and capital letters ;). Hugs! Most of you who grew up with me don't know that I'm 50% Brumitt (a lot don't even know Clifton's my brother sheesh). Takes a lot to offend me though cause I'm proud of the things most people would be ashamed of =). I just found a white hair a couple of weeks ago, and I went around showing it off! (GO BRUMITT BLOOD! BRUMITT BLOOD ACTIVATE! ;))))

There are sooo many Brumitts. We are everywhere! My grandfather had like 27 kids (2 wives...17 from my grandma). I will NOT be trying to break Grandma's record.

Oh Jamie! Lonnie's my uncle. We call him Fat, so please tell Uncle Fat that his niece "Sissy" Moss said hello when he staggers by next time lol. He used to be able to walk with a beer on his head too ;). I guess he is getting old! I haven't seen him or Uncle Cholly in a long time, and I don't think they have Facebook to say hi, so please holler at 'em for me if they pass by. Thanks!

Brad, I'm sorry about your grandmother.(i didn't know that!!) Didn't know about Traci's grandad either.. I do LOVE this page.. I totally agree with Debbie and Jessica...It's been 20 years, but we were all friends for soooooooo long that it's easy to talk and catch right back up... We should try to get together more than every 10 years.. It's kinda sad.. To be as close as we were and NEVER get together.. I MISS everybody!!!! Brad, Jessica and I were talking the other day about the good ole' days. What was your dogs name, the big red one??????

02/26/09 11:07 PM #159

Jessica Ramsey (Scott)

Brad & Traci...so sorry for the lost of your grandparents. I wasn't aware either or I would have been there for you. Brad..as Lisa said we were talking about the dogs and I couldn't remember the bassett hound's name that rode with you on the 4wheeler with his ears just a flappin. Such funny memories! Do any of you in my neighborhood remember my little precious dog Cocoa? Brad's mom, Vicky, only ran over him about 4 times and he still chased her car! LOL I know you all miss that dog!!!
