As a child always wanted to be an astronaut, in high school there were days my head was in space but that's not good enough, I'd love to be a "space tourist" but sadly am not some billionaire that can afford that luxury..

Maybe I need a more realistic goal: I'd love to learn how to scuba dive!

I'm a homespun amateur photographer, love making a good shot great!

I sit on the board of directors for the Central Alberta Crime Prevention Centre which keeps me busy with groups such as MADD, Citizens on Patrol and Crime Stoppers as well as assisting with Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design.

When I get the time I like to get in my canoe and just chill.

What haven't I been up to? Served as a UN Peacekeeper in Bosnia in 1994 along with Terry Vandenbergh and James Avison..

I worked for a season at the Prince of Wales hotel in Waterton after which I moved to Ontario for awhile and came back to Lethbridge and attended the LCC law enforcement program in 1998. I then worked at the Chataeu Lake Louise from 1999 to 2003.

I went to Depot in Regina in August 2003 and have been serving as an RCMP officer since January 2004. Since then I have been posted to Ponoka, Redcliff and Blackfalds. I've worked all over the province as well as the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics and the G8/20 in southern Ontario.

I retired my RCMP uniform in 2017 and am now working as a Reviewer/Analyst for the City of Red Deer RCMP.
