Arnoldsville - Mr. Robert Gainfort Houser, 82, died November 10, 2011. Born in Bessemer City, NC, he was the son of the late Eunice Becknell and Noah Houser. Mr. Houser was preceded in death by his wife, Mae Houser, granddaughter, Sara Houser, and 12 brothers and sisters.
Mr. Houser had several educational accomplishments. He was a 1951 graduate of Berry College with a BS in Agriculture, a 1954 graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS in Agriculture, and received both his Masters and Specialist (6 year) Degrees in education from the University of Georgia
