Lori - what a pretty and talented daughter you have! You must be very proud. You have a very beautiful and happy-looking family. Happy belated Mother's Day to all. It was an honor joining your ranks this year for the first time. P.S. I just want to make sure that you all know that Dan is my first cousin (our moms were sisters) - so I have a right to give him grief. :) He is used to it in our family.

The Legends of Country concert was a ton of fun. I was easily one of the youngest concert goers at this show. Yes, Roy Clark from Hee Haw fame. He can still play a mean fiddle. Has the challenge been made to the other classes for float competition?

Any preferences on how we want to word the challenge? Dan, you seem to have a way with words - any suggestions? Glad you enjoyed the Head East concert. Who's the original member that's left? I hate to admit it but the older I get the more I like country music. I can remember growing up nearly being nauseated when my father would listen to Country Music USA on the radio (WHO) when we would be traveling in the car - the days of Conway Twitty, Tammy Wynette and Loretta Lynn. Ugh!!! But it kind of grows on a person after awhile. I love country rock - even went to see Trace Adkins at the State Fair a couple of years ago.

Carla told me they are plating the State Fair this year. She said she has the hots for Roger and she wants us all to go jam to some Head East with her.
